I had a delightful stay at this hotel, with clean and comfy rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. The location is superb, right on the seafront with stunning views over the English Channel and Eastbourne Pier. However, the dining experience, although good, could have had a wider selection of breakfast options. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable, providing great value for money overall.

The hotel was luxurious and so comfortable that I didn't get that first-night 'where am I' feeling. The staff were great, very attentive, and easy to talk to. We will definitely be staying there again. The rooms were immaculate, tastefully decorated to a high standard, and clean, but they were very small.

The location is perfect for a short getaway in Eastbourne, right by the beach, and the facilities were a great addition to our stay.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable, overlooking Eastbourne with great facilities and cleanliness. Although the en suite was slightly small, it was still functional for our needs. The room was a bit chilly on arrival until the heating came on in the early evening, but overall, it was lovely with lots of space.
